Last couple of days......

So this is my second post, havent been online in a while.

Im very busy with work. Set myself up a nice fedora core 6 machine at work. Need to get me linux on again. having said that this is my 3rd reinstall inn 4 days. Both times i tried getting x server to run on two monitor on my dual head graphics card both to now avail. I have just given up for the moment as my support calls are stacking up.

Also wante to get the GroupWise x-platform running on it but also gave up, once again time not on my side.

Next mission is getting vmware to run on the monkey. Got a cool post though for doing it by Falko Timme and by Mark Wilson in case anyone interested (but yet I still need to try it. So hopefully it'll work). This is so I can run a Windows virtual machine for testing utilities and stuff.

Went out these two nites with some of my friends got hammered and after these nites a bed is a welcome change, yet alas we'll see what the wifey says cos she is a tiger that can go on partying. It was uber cool getting sloshed with the guys. It is just more relaxed and it brings out a side one does not see too often at work. Last nite was cool. Discovered the upstairs lounge of Jo'burgs (Long Street Cape Town) which was cool because it was not so crowded as downstairs normally is. PLus the music was banging - think they heard I was coming around cos they played some of my fav songs.


Now just sitting here waiting for the call to come check out the GroupWise restores.
